Step 3. Now, replace the above code with the below mention code and save your settings and you are done.

Second Method

Step 1. Login to your Blogger blog and select Template/Theme and click on Edit HTML.

Step 3. Now, just make some simple changes from: ‘true’ to ‘false’ to unlock the header and click on Save in order to save your template settings.
